Refund policy

All sales at Bloomnook Flower Shop are final.

We provide a service that involves perishable items, which are sensitive to temperature, moisture, and light. The only exception is if the product is defective. Any claims must be submitted within 12 hours of receiving the flowers, along with a photo of the arrangement, to bloomnook.miami@gmail.com.

All floral arrangements are custom-made and prepared specifically for each order.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final once the order has been prepared or delivered.

No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are accepted after delivery.

By completing the payment, the customer confirms that:

  • the order is custom and perishable;
  • the delivery date, address, and details were confirmed by the customer;
  • the charge is authorized by the cardholder.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to provide all order details, delivery confirmation, and customer communication to the payment processor and issuing bank.

Please remember that flowers are perishable and have a natural lifespan. Proper care is essential. The recipient is responsible for following the care instructions provided by Bloomnook Flower Shop.

While we strive to use the exact flowers shown on our website, due to the nature of perishable products, if a particular flower is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with another flower of equal or greater value, ensuring the look and quality of the arrangement are maintained.
